Event Refund Policy

Registration fees cover the costs of venues, meals, materials and EventBrite processing fees.  To limit losses on ISACA Willamette Valley Chapter events, refunds are available back to the card used for registration as follows:

Luncheons/Meetings: (Any session equal to or less than 2 CPE):
1. Full refunds for cancellations or requests for transfers can be made two (2) business days prior to the start of the event unless otherwise stated.
2. For cancellations made after the two business day point and prior to the start of the event, requests will be considered for a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by the chapter President.
3. Refunds are not available for no shows or cancellations after the event begins.

To request a refund, request via Eventbrite.
To request a substitution/transfer, contact membership@isaca-oregon.org
 
Seminars  (Any session greater than 2 CPE):
1. Full refunds for cancellations or requests for transfers can be made ten (10) business days prior to the start of the event unless otherwise stated.
2. For cancellations made after the ten business day point and prior to the start of the event, requests will be considered for a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by the chapter President.
